Request for a new activation code
In order to get a new free activation code
you must remove the previous license and send us the Removal code together
with the new MID and Site codes.
Your present license must be removed if you decide to move your license
to another computer. You must also remove your license before you format
the hard drive, flash the motherboard bios, erase all files from your
disc, install a new OS or before doing any other operation that may
change the initial MID and/or Site codes.
If you wish to upgrade the Operating system or hardware such
as the hard drive or motherboard of your computer, please follow these
instructions.
Before you start the upgrade: press the Scroll Lock
(ScrLk) key and launch the software. The registration panel will appear.
- Enter the Activation (unlock) code we previously sent to you.
Click the "Remove License" option, then "Continue". Keep a record
of the "Removal Code" you are given!
- After you have finished your upgrade, reinstall the software and
follow the procedure to register and activate the software.
- When you send us the MID and Site codes, you must also
send us the removal code.
- Unless we receive a removal code, we will not provide another
Activation code!
Important:We will accept requests
for new activation codes without following these instuctions only if
you were not able to remove your license because of:
- virus attack resulting in disk format.
- any software caused computer crash resulting in reinstallation of
operating system.
- hard drive hardware failure.
In these cases you should reinstall your operating system and our product
on the original computer and send new Site/MID codes.
Regarding older versions of our software:
Early EditCNC: Check the File menu, if there is an
item "Transfer License", follow the instructions in your Help
file.
